2. Scope of Services

Universal Space Consultant provides independent guidance and coordination services only. We help you:

  • Coordinate with service providers on your behalf
  • Facilitate troubleshooting and support
  • Review and optimize billing
  • Manage plan modifications and closures

Important Limitations:

  • Universal Space Consultant does not sell, deliver, or activate internet, cable, or streaming services
  • We are not responsible for service quality, speed, reliability, or uptime from third-party providers
  • All service delivery, billing, and support from providers remain their responsibility
  • Service-related issues must be addressed directly with the provider

3. Your Account & Responsibilities

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Universal Space Consultant is not liable for unauthorized account access or losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Service Fees & Payments

Universal Space Consultant Fees

Universal Space Consultant charges separate service assistance fees for guidance and coordination. Fees include:

  • Initial Consultation & Guidance: $29.99 – $49.99
  • Account Setup Coordination: $49.99 – $79.99
  • Ongoing Monthly Support: $19.99/month
  • Plan Modifications or Cancellations: $39.99 – $69.99

All fees are disclosed upfront before you commit to services.

Provider Billing

Third-party service providers bill separately for actual services. You are responsible for paying provider charges according to their terms. Universal Space Consultant fees are entirely separate from provider billing.

5. Service Requests & Execution

Service Coordination

Universal Space Consultant makes reasonable efforts to coordinate your requests with service providers. However, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes as providers control their own processes.

Provider Approval

Service approval depends on provider qualifications, credit checks, and eligibility—factors outside our control. We facilitate the process but cannot guarantee approval.

Cancellations

To cancel a service request, notify us immediately. Cancellation eligibility depends on work already completed. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Universal Space Consultant is not responsible for:

  • Service quality, speed, reliability, uptime, or availability from providers
  • Provider billing errors, unexpected charges, or pricing changes
  • Service disruptions, outages, or technical issues from providers
  • Provider customer service quality or responsiveness
  • Provider contract terms, early termination fees, or cancellation policies
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information on this website
  • Website delays, interruptions, or technical difficulties
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
