Refund Policy

Important Disclosure: Universal Space Consultant is an independent third-party service assistance startup, founded in 2026, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cable, internet, or streaming service provider. We provide guidance and support services only; we do not sell internet, cable, or streaming plans. Our service fees are separate from any charges billed by service providers.

Refund Eligibility & Window

Universal Space Consultant is committed to customer satisfaction. Refund requests can be submitted within 7 to 15 days of service purchase, depending on the type of assistance provided and the extent of work completed. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the guidelines below.

Service-Specific Refund Terms

Initial Consultation & Guidance (7-Day Window)

Eligible for refund within 7 days of service purchase if:

  • Minimal coordination work has been completed
  • No provider contact has been initiated on your behalf
  • Request is made before significant research or analysis is conducted

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Detailed research, analysis, or reports have been provided
  • Provider outreach has already begun
  • More than 7 days have elapsed

Account Setup Coordination (15-Day Window)

Eligible for refund within 15 days of service purchase if:

  • Setup coordination work has not been initiated with the provider
  • Activation has not been scheduled or confirmed
  • No installation or technical work has begun
  • Request is submitted before service activation

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Setup coordination has commenced with the provider
  • Installation has been scheduled or confirmed
  • Service has been activated or partially activated
  • Technical installation work has begun
  • More than 15 days have elapsed

Technical Support Coordination (7-Day Window)

Eligible for refund within 7 days of service purchase if:

  • No troubleshooting has been initiated
  • Provider contact has not been established
  • No support tickets or service requests have been filed

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Troubleshooting support has begun
  • Provider liaison work has commenced
  • Service requests have been filed with the provider
  • More than 7 days have elapsed

Ongoing Monthly Support (7-Day Window per Month)

Eligible for refund within 7 days of monthly charge if:

  • Minimal or no support has been provided in that billing cycle
  • No significant coordination work has been completed
  • Request is submitted before extensive services are rendered

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Significant monthly support services have been provided
  • Coordination or liaison work has been completed
  • More than 7 days of the monthly cycle have elapsed

Plan Modifications or Cancellations (10-Day Window)

Eligible for refund within 10 days of service purchase if:

  • Plan modification coordination has not begun
  • Provider contact has not been initiated
  • Service changes have not been activated

Not eligible for refund if:

  • Coordination with the provider has commenced
  • Service modifications or cancellations have been processed
  • More than 10 days have elapsed

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Fees for services that have been substantially completed
  • Fees for support services already rendered
  • Fees paid for coordination work already performed with providers
  • Fees for installation or activation that has occurred
  • Administrative processing fees after work has begun

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Conditions & Limitations

Refunds Cannot Be Guaranteed

While we strive to resolve customer concerns, refund eligibility depends on specific circumstances. Not all refund requests will be approved. Each request is evaluated individually based on the extent of work completed and services rendered.

Service Provider Refunds

Universal Space Consultant refunds cover only our service assistance fees. We cannot refund charges billed by service providers (internet, cable, streaming, etc.). Any refunds from service providers must be requested directly from the provider according to their refund policies.

Timeframe Compliance

Refund requests submitted after the applicable service-specific refund window (7–15 days) will not be considered. Please submit requests as soon as possible to ensure eligibility.

Work Completion Assessment

Refund eligibility is determined based on the amount of work completed. If substantial coordination, research, or support services have been provided, refunds may be denied even if within the refund window.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund denial:

  • Contact us to discuss your concerns
  • Provide any additional information relevant to your case
  • Our management team will review your appeal
  • We will make a final determination within 5 business days

No Automatic Refunds

Universal Space Consultant does not offer automatic refunds or money-back guarantees. All refunds are subject to eligibility review and must be requested within the specified timeframe. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these conditions.
